Stop being an emotional fool

Stop being an emotional fool

To be Emotional is a common quality of human beings. But when it control ourselves it is not cool at all. And when it comes to our career or relationship at that time we should never be Emotional while committing anything. That time you need to follow your brain rather than Heart. And finally, I will say one thing to listen to your heart but never forget to keep your Brain with you.
Right decisions need emotional detachment from the situation or even people but with the right degree of compassion & respect. It is important to be in our natural flow of energy. Passion is about aligning our emotions with our spirit. Here we can never go wrong. The intervention of a logical mind or rational mind helps in perceiving the situation differently and hence avoid psychological drama associated with it. Without emotion there is no difference between animals and humans, emotion is an awesome quality or gift for us.

And it also can be harmful when we get more emotional you are right being an emotional fool is not right, but being emotional is an awesome part and quality of humans without emotion a relationship can’t be stronger.
don’t be emotional fool it makes ur life really depressing. Try to think practically and always take time before taking any big decision in life. I personally have made many big decisions emotionally and regretting and then I feel like how emotional stupid I’m.

Emotional Intelligence is a term often confused with Intelligence Quotient. While high IQ means you are smart enough to work your way out of a practically visible crisis; strong EI means you can deal with "not so visible" problems within yourself. Extreme lack of Emotional Intelligence can lead you to become an Emotional Fool too (smirks).
These days companies are also weighing their applicants on EI in adherence to IQ. Because everyone knows that a person who can control his emotions is the person better efficient.
But seriously, I remember a colleague who had a bad break up a few years ago. She was so much in a bad shape that while working, tears rolled down her cheeks as she looked at her desktop's screen. My one team member had an abusive husband, she could not get his comments out of her brain and one of my managers had lost their kid. These are inevitable situations and can happen with anyone, even YOU!
We all have our days of stress when it just feels like stuffing the head in the pillow and listen to Pink Floyd's "comfortably numb". But let's face it, it isn't the exact situation when you are attacked by those unseen roadblocks, right? You really can't take a day-off for yourself here (be at any level of corporate designation), and not because you just can't, but because you are unsure of this situation's duration.
Now, this is tricky! Because there are literally an infinite number of reasons which can make your mind go tick-tock and cause you to subconsciously hibernate. Also, it gets tougher and tougher as we approach the higher end of the corporate tree. It will be less impacting if you are a team player but more if you have people reporting to you and the most if you take care of the entire office.
So what to do?
Simply put - How do you make sure that you deal with all those emotional problems like anger, frustration, stress and immobility? ~ Emotional Intelligence is the answer!
Now, the reasons can be related or not related to your emotional side, they will never go away without dragging you into that particular pit of solitude.
Higher IQ can be practiced and here is the good news, Emotional Intelligence is there within you! Unlike all those advertisements and promotional banners you see, which tell you to pay to increase your mental stability, are actually trying to sell you what you already have within yourself. They are merely enlightening you regarding your own abilities.
While IQ is a skill bettered with time and practice; EI is a talent that is mastered over the period of time by perseverance.

How to practice?
Answer: A pen and a paper!
You just have to remember these 10 points to avoid sticking into that nasty cobweb of thoughts about an issue, which you really cant help! (I am assuming you can find the solutions to other things, otherwise...)
1. What is bugging you?
2. Do #1 and then think- Is there a solution (Practical/Impractical/Stupid/Farsighted/Not so much of a solution)?
3. Do #2 and then write - If you can participate in the solution in any way?
4. Do #3 and then decide - What is stopping you from implementing the solution?
5. Can you do anything about #4?
6. Keep doing 1 to 5 even for those small little stress boosters. They can become big later on.
